Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Full-Time Position Open

Spectrum Therapy Center is a clinic that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Music Therapy. Currently we are looking for a BCBA to join our team. Our clinic focuses on communication, language, play, social and independent skills.  We use a verbal behavior approach while placing particular emphasis on teaching children through play and building social communication with peers early in development.  Our clinic consists of dedicated spaces for play to include a motor room, sensory and messy play room, pretend play room, building room, social engagement room and group skills room. We provide group opportunities for children who require additional support in the classroom environment; we partner with a local preschool to generalize skills into a more natural environment.  We strive to create a collaborative model with speech therapy, occupational therapy and music therapy.

We are looking for an open-minded, highly motivated, flexible BCBA who is interested in communication, play and social development. We feel professional development is constant and necessary. We understand that not all BCBAs have significant experience in these areas and we are willing to train and provide the necessary professional development to the right person who possesses an interest in these areas.

We offer competitive starting salaries, medical/dental insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, daytime hours, flexible work days, CEU stipend, State of Michigan license fees and BACB annual dues also covered.
